SAFETY MEASURES
With safety at its core, Funbud takes numerous measures protect its users:
- In order to protect the kids’ privacy, there will be no pictures of kids on the app. Instead, there will be a collection of avatars to choose from.
- All parents and funbuds are highly recommended to submit a picture of their IDs. Once verified, a check mark will appear on their profile.
- Funbuds are subject to background checks before they can offer services.
- Users will have the ability to report other users and events, which will be immediately looked into.
- Funbuds will have a star rating system that users can use to rate them through.
- There will be a responsive Customer Service team equipped with a sophisticated Admin Portal to restrict reported users and control content.
